Is there a Mac version of Idea Tracker?
No, however, it may run if you use a PC emulator.

After installing and trying to run the program, I get an 'Interface not supported' message. What is wrong?
You either do not have MDAC/Jet installed or have an older version installed. You will have to upgrade your versions by either installing the trial version with MDAC and Jet, or get these drivers directly from Microsoft.

After installing the latest version I can no longer see my ideas. What is wrong?
To avoid issues with MDAC/Jet on XP the database engine was changed. Contact support to get your data moved to the new database format.

Why are dates always greyed out?
The dates are read-only and change only when an idea was created or modified to give a reliable tracking of when it was created and modified.

How do I print out ideas for a specific story?
Create a filter to obtain only those ideas related to the story. Apply this filter when you want to print out the required subset.
